My Pixel Strategy (MPS) is a marketing strategy consultancy operating in Australia and New Zealand. We provide strategy assessment, positioning, and digital growth services to expertise-led businesses.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through this website. We are committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We only collect information you choose to provide. We do not collect information passively beyond standard analytics and security tools described below.
The clinic advertising check requires your first name, last name and email address, and will not return a result without them. It also accepts the business website address to check and, optionally, an Australian state.
We ask for your name because every check is recorded against the person who ran it. This is deliberate: it means nobody can run a check against a business and have it appear that the business ran it themselves.
The check performs an automated read of pages that are already publicly available on the website you enter, and compares what it finds against published Australian regulator guidance. It produces indicators for a person to review. It is not legal advice, it is not a certification or an audit, and it does not constitute a complaint or report to any regulator. Nothing is published, and no clinic is named publicly.
You may run the check on a business other than your own. Where that happens we keep the record for our own commercial research, because which businesses are checked against which others tells us how operators in a market see one another. We do not tell a business who checked them. If we ever contact a business about a check that someone else ran, we will not identify the person who ran it, and we will not imply that they asked for it themselves.
Results are processed and stored by SigmaSync Pty Ltd, which operates the regulatory ruleset behind the check on our behalf. If you go on to create a SigmaSync portal account from the result, the website address you checked is carried across so your account is set up against the same site, and the check itself is linked to your account.
We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal information, or data from minors. This website is intended for business owners and operators.
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether an engagement is appropriate. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your information without your consent.
We will not use your information for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it outside of the purposes listed above without your explicit consent.
