Free check · Australian clinics

Is your clinic's advertising exposed?

The rules for skin and aesthetic clinics moved, and most of what trips people up is ordinary wording nobody thought twice about. This reads your public pages against them in about a minute, and tells you what it found — and what it couldn't see.

Without it the check runs national rules only. With it, your state's licensing and premises rules come in too.

No email required. Australian clinics only.

What you get

Indicators worth reviewing. Not a verdict.

A regex match is not a legal finding, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What this returns is a list of areas the rules touch on your site, ordered by how much weight they tend to carry, alongside the regulators they sit under — and an honest list of everything the check didn't look at.

It won't score you out of ten. It won't tell you that you're in trouble. It will tell you where to look, which is the part that's actually hard.

The part nobody mentions

Half of it isn't a website problem.

Testimonials, before-and-afters, pricing and naming are page-level — change what's published and they're handled. But who administers, under whose authority, from what premises, with what documented: none of that is visible from outside, and no rewrite touches it.

Your result splits along exactly that line. The half a website fixes is our work at MPS. The half it can't is SigmaSync's — and knowing which is which is worth the minute this takes.

Questions

No, and we're not qualified to give it. This is an automated read of your public pages against published regulator guidance. It surfaces indicators worth a second look — a human still has to decide what any of them mean in your context. If something here matters, your own adviser is the right next call.
Not from this page. A stranger pulling a report on a named clinic is the one thing this tool decided not to be. Comparing yourself against other clinics runs inside the client portal instead, where it's a benchmark against your own result and bounded to three a month.
Your home page and a handful of high-signal pages — treatments, pricing, reviews, before-and-afters. It doesn't read your social media, your paid ads, or your Google Business Profile, and it can't see how your clinic is set up behind the scenes. Whatever it finds is a floor, not a total, and the result tells you exactly what it missed.
Because the useful half is the conversation afterwards. MPS builds websites and marketing for clinics; SigmaSync works on the business underneath. If the check surfaces things a website can fix, that's our work. If it surfaces things a website can't touch, at least you know.

Run the check on your clinic.

Free, no email, about a minute. If it surfaces nothing, that's a useful answer too.
